Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
When you request quotes through ComfortCostGuide, we share — and may sell — your contact information to home-service contractors and contractor networks so they can reach you about your project. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of that sale or sharing.
How to opt out
Email privacy@comfortcostguide.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" from the email address you want opted out, or include the email address and phone number you used in a quote request. We will:
- add your contact details to our permanent suppression list,
- stop any future sale or sharing of your information, and
- confirm completion within 15 business days.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser session.
Note: opting out does not undo introductions already made — contractors who already received your information hold it under their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
